» Connect to the Internet
» Visit Internode IP Display Page
» Write down the 4 numbers you see displayed there

» On the top, right side, click on Invite a friend to connect to your computer with Remote AssistanceMicrosoft Windows Help and Support Centre [Image]

» You may have to allow the process to proceed with your virus scanner or firewall software
» Using e-mail, type Support@Remotely-Helpful.com in the e-mail addressWindows XP Remote Assistance Screen 2 [Image]
» Click Invite this Person
» Fill in who the request is fromWindows XP Remote Assistance Screen 3 [Image]
» In the Message, type in the 4 numbers you noted down in step 3, also, fill in your name, contact phone number and a description of what your problem is and what you would like us to do.
» Click the Continue button
» Change the invitation expiry to 1 day, rather than one hourWindows XP Remote Assistance Screen 4 [Image]
» Make sure the Require the recipient to use a password check box has a tick in it
» Type your password in each of the two password boxes
» Click Send Invitation button
» You may be asked by Outlook or Outlook Express for permission to send the e-mailGiving Permission to Outlook to send e-mail [Image]

» You can examine your outstanding help requests by clicking on the view invitation status link.Check outstanding help requests [Image]
» Phone us on 0419 811 701 and let us know what the password is, during this call, we will organise a time to actually process the assistance request.
» When we connect to you to provide assistance, you will seeAssistance has arrived, giving permission to help [Image]
» You will then be in the 'Remote Assistance' mode, where a 'chat' window is displayed and you can show us what the problem is, as we will be watching.Remote Assistance Chat Window [Image]
